Steven Marchbanks is the founder and principal counsel of Premier Legal Center, A.P.C. With more than 25 years of dedicated practice in consumer protection law, he has established himself as one of California's foremost authorities in lemon law litigation. Throughout his career, Steven has built a well-earned reputation for tackling complex cases head-on, championing the rights of everyday consumers, and holding some of the country's largest manufacturers accountable.
His clients know him as someone who fights hard and genuinely cares about the outcome of every case. His team knows him as an exceptional leader, one who leads with integrity, invests in the people around him, and creates an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to do their best work.
Outside the office, Steven lives life to the fullest. Whether he is exploring a new destination with his family, soaking up the coastline along La Jolla Shores, or staying active outdoors, he brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his personal life that he brings to every case. And no matter where he is, you can count on a well-timed dad joke making an appearance along the way.
Jordan Nelson is the heartbeat of Premier Legal Center. As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Paralegal, she is the driving force behind every moving part of this firm, leading case preparation, overseeing daily operations, managing human resources, and stepping in wherever the team needs her most. With over 15 years of legal experience, Jordan brings a rare combination of expertise, dedication, and genuine heart to her work, spending her entire career fighting to ensure every client receives the fair compensation they deserve.
Her colleagues know her as someone who leads with warmth, holds the team together with quiet strength, and makes every room a little better just by being in it. Her clients know her as someone who treats them like family, because to Jordan, that is exactly what they become.
Originally from Littleton, Colorado, Jordan has fully embraced life in La Jolla and never looked back. She shares her life with her husband, a proud member of the United States Navy, their beautiful children, two dogs, and two cats who complete the picture perfectly. Her close bonds with her friends, family, and clients are what fuel everything she brings to this firm every single day.
Samantha Marcus brings fresh energy and a bright perspective to the Premier Legal Center team. As our Social Media Specialist and Intake Legal Assistant, she is often the first friendly voice clients encounter, and from that very first interaction, she sets the tone for the warmth and professionalism this firm is known for.
Having recently graduated from college and already over a year in with the firm, Samantha has proven that great talent does not wait around. She hit the ground running from day one, absorbing everything around her with remarkable speed and showing up with enthusiasm that strengthens the entire team. Her creativity, quick mind, and genuine dedication make her a natural fit for a firm that leads with heart.

Annalisa Durfee is a welcomed addition to the Premier Legal Center family.
